ATHENS, March 12 , SPA -- Greece's largest labor union calleda three-hour work stoppage Wednesday, disrupting flightsand services, while other strikes in their second week leftgarbage uncollected and caused continued power outages, AP reported. Striking workers are due to rally at Parliament laterWednesday amid growing union opposition to pension reformscurrently being debated by lawmakers at committee level. Greece's General Confederation of Greek Workers called thestoppage for between midday and 3:00 p.m. (1000 and1300GMT) on Wednesday, halting public transport in thecapital and prompting state carrier Olympic Airways tocancel 14 flights and reschedule at least a dozen more.
