Afghanistan, 1 civilian killed KANDAHAR, Afghanistan, March 12 , SPA --A suicide car bomber attackeda convoy of Canadian troops Wednesday in the southern cityof Kandahar, killing a passing civilian and wounding onesoldier, Ap reported. A Humvee military vehicle had been destroyed. NATO troops cordonedoff the area, preventing journalists and police fromgetting near the vehicles. A passing truck driver was killed in the attack, and twocivilian passers-by were wounded, said police officerNematullah Khan. Capt.
