ANKARA, Turkey, April 01, SPA -- Turkey's prime minister says the top court's decision to hear a case for a ban on hisRuling party will weaken the state. Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan vows, however, thatthe case will not stop his government from carrying outreforms, according to a report of the Associated Press. The Constitutional Court has voted unanimously to hear thecase arguing for a ban on the governing party on thegrounds that it is trying to undermine secular idealsenshrined in the constitution.
