KIEV, Ukraine, December 18, SPA -- Ukraine's parliament on Tuesday elected Yulia Tymoshenko, as prime minister. Tymoshenko got 226 votes _ the bare majority need in the450-member parliament _ from deputies in her bloc and theparty of President Viktor Yushchenko.
