Washington, December 6, SPA -- Nigeria's President Umaru Yar'Adua is to visithis US counterpart George W Bush next week, the White House saidThursday. The visit on December 13 "will provide an opportunity for thepresident to be briefed by President Yar'Adua on his experiencesduring his first six months in office," the White House said in astatement. The two leaders are to discuss electoral reform and relatedissues, energy, and the violent situation in the oil-rich NigerDelta, where gangs frequently kidnap foreign oil workers.
