BELGRADE, Serbia, January 22, SPA -- Serbia said Tuesday it had agreed a multibillion dollar pipeline project as part of an energy deal with Russia. As part of the deal, the Serbian oil monopoly NIS will besold to Russian energy giant Gazprom and Russia would route part of the South Stream gas pipeline through Serbia.
