KISUMU, Kenya, Dec 31, SPA - Twenty-one bodies lay at ahospital mortuary on Monday in the west Kenyan town of Kisumu, convulsed by rioting over a disputed election, Reuters reported. A Reuters reporter saw 10 blood-spattered corpses outside,while staff said there were 11 more inside.
