WASHINGTON, October 30, SPA -- Countering rebels from the KurdishWorkers' Party, or PKK, and stabilizing Iraq andAfghanistan will highlight President George W. Bush'smeeting with Turkey's prime minister, Recep Tayyip Erdogan,Nov. 7 in Washington, the White House said Tuesday, according to AP. «The president looks forward to continuing discussionswith the prime minister on a range of issues on our commonagenda, including the fight against terrorism _ inparticular our joint efforts to counter the PKK _ and thepromotion of peace and stability in Afghanistan, Iraq,Lebanon and the broader Middle East,» White House presssecretary Dana Perino said Tuesday.
