KABUL, Afghanistan, May 13, SPA -- The U.S.-led coalition saysclashes and air strikes in southern Afghanistan have left adozen militants dead. A coalition statement says the troops were targetingTaliban weapons supply operations in the Garmser districtof Helmand province. It says the troops opened fire and called in air strikesafter observing militants trying to set up an ambush.
