NAIROBI, Kenya, October 23, SPA -- Somali government security forces have freed a top U.N. food-aid official after holding himfor days in detention in Mogadishu, a U.N. spokesman saidTuesday. Idris Osman, the Somali head of World Food Programoperations in Somalia's war-battered capital, had beenseized on Wednesday when dozens of armed security agentsstormed a U.N. compound.
