TEHRAN, November 13, SPA -- Iran on Tuesday said direct bilateral talks over its nuclear program with the U.S. was not anoption because Washington would continue its hostilepolicies against Tehran, state television reported. «This sort of comment by the U.S. officials is not new.... Their attitude toward the progress and development ofthe Iranian nation has always been negative,» the reportquoted Mohammad Ali Hosseini, spokesman of Iran's foreignministry, as saying. On Sunday, U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice saidU.S. President George W.
