MADRID, Nov 2, SPA -- King Juan Carlos and Queen Sofia willvisit next week Ceuta and Melilla, which are occupied by Spain in North Africa. Criticizing the visit, Moroccan information minister Khalid al-Nasseri hoped that the visit would be called off. He noted that a dispute exists between Morocco ad Spain over the two North African cities. It is hoped that the visit of the Spanish Monarch will not have an adverse impact on the Moroccan-Spanish relations, he said.
