Riyadh, August 06 , SPA -- Dr. Abdulrahman Hamad Al-ATIYYAH, the Secretary General of the Arab Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) received here today a message from Iranian Minister of Foreign Affairs Manouchehr Mottaki.
