BAGHDAD, July 08, SPA -- Two nearly simultaneous car bombs detonated in a Baghdad neighborhood Sunday, killing at least eight people, and officials said the death toll from a giant suicide truck blast that killed at least 115 in a village north of the capital a day earlier could be muchhigher.
