LONDON, September 22, SPA -- An explosive placed inside a teacher's car set the vehicle ablaze outside a Catholic school inLiverpool, police said Saturday. An «improvised firework-type device» was placed insidethe car and went off just before the end of classes Fridayat the Runnymede St. Edwards School, Merseyside police saidin a statement.
