Secretary General Ban Ki-moon warned Tuesday that further delays in resolving Kosovo's future could spark violence in the Serbian province and elsewhere in the region. «Any further delay will have a very negative impact onpeace and security not only in Kosovo,» he said. Speaking to journalists at a conference on internationalmigrations, Ban appealed to all parties to refrain fromviolence. «I hope parties concerned will not take any unilateralmoves,» he told journalists.
