SEOUL, South Korea, September 10, SPA -- A U.S. government delegation arrived in South Korea on Monday ahead of a trip to North Korea this week to survey nuclear facilities set to bedisabled. The five-day trip starting Tuesday is the first step tofollow through on North Korea's recent agreement with theU.S. in Geneva to disclose and disable all its nuclearfacilities by the end of the year. «The purpose (of my visit to North Korea) is to surveythe nuclear sites,» Sung Kim, the head of the U.S. delegation told reporters at Incheon International Airportoutside of Seoul. Kim also said he will discuss a range of issues with SouthKorea's deputy nuclear negotiator Lim Sung-nam on Mondayevening.
