Al-Quds city, September 10, SPA -- Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas sat down together on Monday to try to work out guidelines for resuming peace negotiations, the prime minister's office said. Aides for both leaders said they would discuss issuesconnected with Palestinian statehood as well as day-to-daysecurity and economic matters.
