DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Pakistan, September 11, SPA -- A suicide bomber blew himself up on a pickup truck carrying passengers innorthwestern Pakistan on Tuesday, killing up to 13 people,officials said. The bomber boarded the truck as it traveled to a villagenear the city of Dera Ismail Khan. Interior Ministry spokesman Brig.
