Beirut, Dec 17, SPA -- The Lebanese parliament postponed a session for theninth time on Monday to give more time for leaders to agree oncertain "undiscussed issues" around the long-delayed election of anew president, reported dpa. "The session has been postponed until December 22," a statement bythe Parliament's secretary general said.
