Tehran, July 24, SPA -- Iranian ambassador to Lebanon Mohammed Riza Sheibani has reiterated the support of his country to all diplomatic efforts including the recent French diplomatic efforts for enabling the Lebanese to reach a political agreement. In a statement carried by the Iranian news agency, he said the convening of a conference in France with the participation of representatives of the Lebanese political forces has come as the result of the joint efforts exerted by Iran and France in this respect. Iran supports any initiative whether it comes from Saudi Arabia or the Arab League to solve the Lebanese problem as it supports the efforts being exerted by France in this respect, he added.--SPA www.spa.gov.sa/469943
