Wellington, MAY 3, SPA -- An Air New Zealand plane with 120 people onboard made an emergency landing on Thursday after smoke appeared inthe cockpit, according to a news report. The Boeing 737 landed safely at an air force base at Ohakea, about170 kilometres north of the capital Wellington where it had taken offon a scheduled flight to Auckland, DPA QUOTED Radio New Zealand as reporting.
