Cairo, July 29 , SPA -- Prince Saud Al-Faisal, The Minister of Foreign Affairs and his Egyptian Counterpart Ahmed Ali Aboulgheit will sign here tomorrow a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to initiate a mechanism of political consultation.
