EL-ARISH, July 03, SPA _ Egyptian border guards arrested 20 Sudanese refugees on Tuesday as they tried to sneak into Israel, police said. The group, including women and children, were fromDarfur and southern Sudan. They were seekingpolitical asylum in Israel, Capt.
