Riyadh, April 24, SPA --- The Shoura (consultative) Council will participate in the 116th conference of the international parliamentary federation, due to be hosted by Indonesia next week. The delegation of the Shoura will be led by Dr Mohammed bin Ibrahim al-Hilwa, the member of the international parliamentary federation.
