Kuwait city, Jan 16, SPA -- Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Saud Al-Faisal arrived here today to attend the Fourth Consultative meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the Arab Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Egypt, Jordan and the United States, starting its deliberations here later today. On arrival, Prince Saud was received by Kuwaiti Deputy Premier and Foreign Minister Sheikh Dr Mohammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah; Saudi ambassador to Kuwait Ibrahim Al-Fayez and a number of high-ranking officials.
