New Delhi, Jan 18, SPA -- Indian Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh received here yesterday Saudi Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Naimi who is currently paying a visit to India to participate in the Petroleum Conference.
