TOKYO, Nov 22, SPA -- Russian border authorities seized another Japanese fishing boat in waters between the two countries over alleged poaching, a news report said Wednesday. The boat, identified as the Genyo Maru, was seizedWednesday off the Kamtchatka peninsula in Russia's FarEast, north of Japan, Kyodo News agency quoted the Russian news agency Interfax as saying.
