CAIRO, April 22, SPA -- Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri Al-Maliki arrived here today at the start of a four-nation Arab tour aimed at winning support for his government and its efforts to reduce widespread violence in his country. Al-Maliki was received at Cairo's airport by his Egyptiancounterpart, Ahmed Nazif, and was to meet later in the daywith President Hosni Mubarak and Arab LeagueSecretary-General Amr Moussa, according to a programdistributed to journalists accompanying him.
