TOKYO, Oct 9, SPA -- Japan will take immediate and stern measures if North Korea's reported nuclear test is confirmed, the top government spokesman said Monday. «Japan is considering taking stern measuresimmediately,» Chief Cabinet Secretary Yasuhisa Shiozakisaid.
