Tel Aviv, Aug 3, SPA -- Hezbollah group's fighters fired 26 Katyusha rockets into northern Israel early Thursday, and Israel resumed airstrikes against the group's strongholds in Beirut's southern suburbs.There were no injuries in Thursday's rocket attacks, the Israel Defense Forces said. Thursday marked the 23rd day of fighting between Israel and the Lebanon-based Hezbollah.The Hezbollah rockets landed Thursday in open areas near Kiryat Shmona, starting around 7 a.m. (midnight ET), according to the IDF.The latest barrage came a day after Hezbollah pummeled northern Israel with 215 rockets -- the highest number in one day -- killing one civilian.The Israeli airstrikes on Beirut's southern suburbs began just after 2 a.m. local time.
