Seoul, July 4, SPA-- South Korea’s President Roh Moo-hyun has received in Seoul, Saudi Ambassador-Designate to South Korea Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Eifan who presented him his diplomatic credentials as an extraordinary ambassador plenipotentiary to South Korea.
