TOKYO, JUNE 19, SPA -- THE UNITED STATES COULD CONSIDER SANCTIONS AGAINST NORTH KOREA AND SUPPORT ACTION BY THE U.N. SECURITY COUNCIL IF THE COMMUNIST STATE TEST-FIRES A LONG-RANGE MISSILE, THE U.S. AMBASSADOR TO JAPAN SAID MONDAY.
