JAKARTA, Indonesia, Nov 11, SPA -- A bomb exploded at an American fast food restaurant in the Indonesian capital Saturday, injuring one person believed to be carrying the device, apolice spokesman said. The bomb shattered windows and broke chairs at the A&W burger restaurant in a shopping mall in east Jakarta, police spokesman Col.
