MOSCOW, Sept 30, SPA -- Russia has suspended the withdrawal of its troops from Georgia, the Interfax news agency reported Saturday amid spiraling tensions between the two neighbors. Russia has been working to close its two military bases in Georgia by the end of 2008. But Gen.
