MUMBAI, India, Sept 30, SPA -- Indian police have completed their investigation into the July 11 train bombings that killed more than 200 people and found evidence of a «foreign hand» in the attacks, a top official said Saturday. There is strong evidence to suggest that the attackerscame from «across the border,» said the official,Maharashtra (state) Deputy Chief Minister R. R.
