BRUSSELS, SEPT 18, SPA -- THE FOREIGN MINISTERS OF FINLAND, GERMAN AND FRANCE HELD TODAY A MEETING IN NEW YORK WITH THEIR COUNTERPARTS FROM THE ARAB GULF COOPERATION COUNCIL (GCC) STATES, ON THE FRINGE OF THE UN'S GENERAL ASSEMBLY SESSION.
