TEL AVIV, AUG 6, SPA -- Israeli soldiers in Lebanon have arrested one of the Hezbollah fighters involved in the July 12 raid that captured two Israeli soldiers and sparked thedevastating round of fighting between Israel and thegroup, the army said Sunday.
