Islamabad, Feb 23, SPA -- US President George W. Bush told a leading Pakistani English newspaper that a bilateral investment treaty that he is planning to sign during his visit to Islamabad on March 3 will be the first step towards greater trade and commercial relations with Pakistan. "We have a genuine, real and tangible commitment to the people of Pakistan," said Bush in an interview to Dawn in Washington. The treaty that Bush referred to has almost been finalized and the two sides are now working to clear some technical points. While talking about the key issue of Kashmir, Bush said the dispute should be settled to the satisfaction of all three parties, including Pakistan, India and the Kashmiris.--SPA 11 19 Local Time 08 19 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/333890
