Washington, Feb 4, SPA -- President George W. Bush will meet with U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan in Washington on February 13, the White House announced Friday. "There are many important issues on which the United Nations is deeply engaged," the White House said in a statement, including "U.N. reform and protection and promotion of human rights [and] the preservation of international peace and security and the provision of humanitarian and development assistance."
