Tokyo, April 11, SPA -- The top U.S., North Korean and Chinesenuclear envoys have met in Tokyo, a Chinese consularofficial said Tuesday. U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Christopher Hill metwith North Korean chief negotiator Kim Kye Gwan and ChineseVice Foreign Minister Wu Dawei at the Chinese embassy inTokyo, according to consular official Li Wen Ling.
