Crocker said the civilian nuclear agreement between US and India, which was signed during President Bush's visit to New Delhi, does not pose any threat to Pakistan's security. He said it was important to understand the terms of the agreementbecause according to him "the deal does nothing to enhance India's nuclearweapons capability and it actually does the opposite."--SPA 10 34 Local Time 07 34 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/337746
