Baghdad, Feb 26, SPA -- Gunmen shot dead a former general inSaddam Hussein's army Sunday as he drove his car in theinsurgent-infested city of Ramadi, his cousin said. Former Brig. Gen. Musaab Manfi al-Rawi, was rumored to beunder consideration to become the army commander in Ramadi,his cousin, Ahmed al-Rawi was quoted as saying by The Associated Press.
