Doha, March 14, SPA -- Qatari Emir Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani has received a verbal message from Paraguay's President Nicanor Duarte Frutos pertaining to the bilateral relations between Qatar and Paraguay in addition to a number of issues of mutual interest.
