Commenting on the endeavors of certain quarters to insult Saudi Arabia, notably the accountability act pertaining to the Kingdom at the US Congress presented by certain pressure groups, Condoleezza Rice said 'there are so many parties in the US who speak and express their views about the US relations with others." She added 'this matter is not just confined to the Saudi-American relations, but it is about American relations with any other country. There are supporting and opposing voices, but as regards the stand of the US Administration, I would like to confirm that these relations are strong, and we have a lot of mutual interests, and so we do work for further enhancing these interests'. 'There is no secrecy, and we should dedicate our efforts in so many domains, especially in combating terrorism, financing terrorism and the role of some societies which, without the knowledge of the Saudi Government, contribute to financing the terror operations, and this problem is a matter of concern not only for the US, but also for the Saudi Government'. 'We should discuss all problems and differences in a frank and honest manner, and this makes us believe that the strategic dialogue will become a good channel for discussion of details of so many problems'.
