Beijing, Sept 18, SPA -- The main U.S. envoy to international talkson North Korea's nuclear program said Sunday that a newproposal for compromise was a "good draft" and thatnegotiations would wind up Monday _ with or without anagreement. "It's a good draft for all concerned, and I think it'sespecially a really great opportunity for" North Korea,U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Christopher Hill saidSunday evening.
