Baghdad, Sept 6, SPA -- A U.S. soldier from the Army's TaskForce Freedom was killed by a bomb in the northern city ofTal Afar, the U.S. military said. The soldier's name was withheld pending notification of kin. The statement said the incident occurred Monday when the soldier's vehiclestruck a bomb.
