Jeddah, Aug 17, SPA -- Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, received here yesterday a message from Ukraine's Prime Minister Yuliya Tymoshenko. The message was delivered to Prince Sultan by Dr. Tyser Kamantash, the Personal Envoy of the Ukraine's Prime Minister, during a meeting here yesterday.
