Al-Quds city, Sept 7, SPA -- Israeli Cabinet ministers on Wednesdayapproved new arrangements at the Gaza-Egypt border, andraised the possibility Israel would eventually agree to themovement of Palestinians in and out of Gaza under thesupervision of foreign inspectors, without an Israelipresence. The plan still awaits full approval by the Israeli Cabinetnext week, The Associated Press reported. The plan could mark a breakthrough in long-stallednegotiations between Israel and the Palestinians forarrangements at the Rafah border crossing between Gaza andEgypt. After Israel completes its Gaza pullout next week,Israel would no longer have a presence at Rafah.
