Baghdad, July 2, SPA -- A suicide bomber strapped withexplosives killed up to 20 people waiting outside a policerecruiting center for special forces in Iraq's capitalSaturday, officials said. The bomber wore a belt packed with explosives and blewhimself up outside the center in west Baghdad's Yarmoukneighborhood, killing 20, said police Col.
